A standard mobile ordering app flow for Komis Cakes and Bakes, designed to serve busy users who need a quick and convenient way to purchase bakery goods. As the sole product designer, I managed the entire process from initial user research and brand identity creation to iterative prototyping and usability testing. The project successfully addressed key user pain points, such as unclear product sizing and delivery issues. The final result is a user-validated, high-fidelity prototype that demonstrated improved usability scores and provided an efficient, accessible, and user-friendly experience.
